What are Evergreen retreats?

We gather in-person three times a year as a community for day retreats consisting of worship, ministry and connection with other worship leaders.

We've seen the need for those serving in worship ministry to find space to receive rather than to continually pour out, so the Evergreen team have committed to creating this space for young, growing worship leaders to come and just 'be'.

There's no expectation on you. You don't need to think about who's on Sound or when you'll submit your CCLI reports. All you need to do is turn up and receive.

So come and join us for a day of retreat, reflection and receiving.

Upcoming retreats

Join us as we gather for our next retreat day on 06 June 2025! We're looking forward to hanging out, worshipping together and being refueled. Tickets are now available. 

We’ll kick off at 10am with coffee/tea and a chance to catch up. There will be plenty of time to worship together, as well as to learn from and encourage one another.

Here is a rough idea of timings:

10:00 - Arrival
10:30 - Worship
11:30 - Session 1
12:30 - Break for lunch
13:30 - Session 2
15:00 - Worship, Prayer, Ministry
15:30 - End

We'll be meeting at Stampwell Farm - the home of Latimer Minster, a Christian community facilitating rhythms of prayer, prayer walks, worship gatherings and outreach.

It is an incredibly beautiful spot in the middle of Buckinghamshire, where we plan to be inspired by nature and enjoy the outdoors!
